PAC-MAN partners with the National Basketball Association to collaborate on exciting video game integrations and co-branded opportunities aimed at celebrating PAC-MAN’S 40th anniversary. The PAC-MAN mobile game app is the first of these collaborations, featuring an NBA-themed in-game event, and will be followed by more co-branded goods and merchandise coming soon!
Recognized and honored for his profound impact on the video game industry, his influence on popular culture, and his far-reaching and enduring popularity across the globe, Comic Con Museum inducted PAC-MAN into its Character Hall of Fame. The induction program features extended interviews with the creator of PAC-MAN Toru Iwatani, a drawing session with the original artist of PAC-MAN Tadashi Yamashita, and other creatives involved with PAC-MAN through the years. And don’t forget to stick around to the end to dance to “techno god” Ken Ishii’s DJ set!
