Destiny Content Vault will now occur on November 10, 2020 when Beyond Light begins.

DESTINY CONTENT VAULTING UPDATE
Last week, we announced the new release date (November 10) for Destiny 2: Beyond Light. As a result, we’ve moved our plans for the Destiny Content Vault (DCV), which will now take place on November 10.

On that date, the following Destinations and their activities will be moving into the DCV: Titan, Io, Mars, Mercury, and Leviathan. With Beyond Light, we are introducing a new destination – Europa – and unvaulting one of our legacy destinations, the Cosmodrome.

For more on the DCV and our future plans for Destiny 2, read the recent article on Bungie.net.
